OUR CLASSES:

Each class combines dynamic strengthening, flexibility, and endurance exercises that stress on body posture, breathing, relaxation, and movement.

 

Warm-up  includes various techniques such as rolling, body drops, and break-falls. Then the class smoothly transitions to the martial aspect and practices ground fighting, striking, handling multiple opponents, confined space defense and much more. The weapons (e.g., stick, knife and gun) are covered with a focus on observation, awareness, and conflict avoidance. Breathing and visualization at the end of the class are used to cool down and achieve a calm and relaxed state.
