OUR NAME:

Roots of SYSTEMA are deeply planted in Russian culture and faith, that has a belief that everything that happens to us, good or bad, is to create the best conditions to understand ourselves. Proper training in SYSTEMA has the same objective - “Know Yourself” and your physical, psychological and spiritual abilities.

OUR HISTORY:

Throughout its history, Russia had to repel invaders from the north, south, east, and west. The invaders had their distinct styles of combat, weapons and often outnumbered Russians. As a result, a martial art that combined a strong spirit with extremely innovative, practical and effective techniques was developed. The martial art dates back to the 10th century.
